Getting Started

So this is my first effort on blogger and so it's going to be brief. I'm a senior leader in a non maintained EBD special school and I'm enrolled on the NPQH course which surprisingly I am enjoying a great deal. I'm looking for a headship in 2015/2016 so I'm keen to share my journey and learn from everyone out there blogging and sharing . I hope you can follow my journey and teach me a few things as well as maybe learn a little from me. Happy reading.
